The successful Customer Service Crew Member can:

• Greet and positively engage guests
• Accurately take orders and process payments
• Address and resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly
• Maintain a safe, secure, and comfortable environment
• Work well with delivery partners
• Maintain cleanliness by completing tasks like wiping tables, washing dishes, and sweeping/mopping floors

The successful Food/Kitchen Service Crew Member can:

• Answer questions about menu items and promotions
• Prepare ingredients and menu items
• Restock products and workstations
• Use kitchen equipment including ovens, fryers, and grills
• Keep the work environment clean and organized

Requirements:

• Must be at least 16 years old; no experience required
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to read and interpret safety and operating instructions
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance
• Positive and friendly demeanor to work well with coworkers and guests
