We are hiring a talented and experienced Chef de Cuisine for our upscale fine dining restaurant in the bustling city of Akron. As the Chef de Cuisine you will be responsible for creating and executing a high‑quality menu that showcases your culinary skills and creativity. • Create and update seasonal menus that reflect the restaurant's concept and philosophy.
• Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations including food preparation, cooking, plating, and presentation.
• Ensure that all dishes meet the highest quality standards in terms of taste, appearance, and portion size.
• Train, supervise, and mentor kitchen staff to maintain consistency in food preparation techniques.
• Monitor inventory levels and order necessary supplies to ensure timely delivery of fresh ingredients.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen at all times to meet health and safety standards.

• Proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine or Executive Chef in an upscale fine dining restaurant.
• Extensive knowledge of various cooking techniques, cuisines, and flavor profiles.
• Ability to create innovative dishes while also adhering to traditional recipes.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with staff, management, suppliers, and customers.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs.

Salary: $1500 per month plus bonuses based on performance.
