This full‑time, on‑site position is perfect for a driven and passionate leader ready to elevate our dining experience and team performance in the competitive restaurant industry.
As the General Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, customer service, and staff management. You will play a pivotal role in driving sales, enhancing customer satisfaction, and fostering a positive work environment. This position offers an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact and contribute to our growth and success, with a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $75,000 annually.
Responsibilities- Oversee daily restaurant operations and management
- Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and development
- Maintain high standards of food quality and safety
- Monitor inventory levels and manage supply orders
- Conduct regular staff meetings and performance evaluations

- Develop and manage budgets for the restaurant

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations - Engage with the community to promote the restaurant
- Proven experience as a General Manager or similar role in the restaurant industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Strong understanding of financial management and budgeting
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks
