Waiter​/Waitress

We are excited to offer a full-time Waiter Waitress position at our popular restaurant located in Akron Ohio As a Waiter Waitress you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests while taking food and drink orders serving meals and drinks and maintaining the cleanliness of your section

• Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
• Take accurate food and drink orders from guests
• Serve meals and drinks promptly and accurately
• Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
• Clear tables and reset for the next guest
• Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and report to management if necessary
• Maintain a clean and tidy work area at all times

• Previous experience as a waiter waitress preferred but not required
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Strong customer service skills
• Willingness to learn about menu items and make recommendations to guests
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds

Salary $1300 per month plus tips
