Seasonal Barista

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Indian Barista to join our team for a seasonal position in Akron, Ohio. As a Barista you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and providing exceptional customer service. This is an English‑speaking job with a salary of $1,600 per month and includes accommodation.

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista.
• Excellent knowledge of coffee brewing techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Indian nationality preferred.

• Prepare and serve espresso‐based drinks, teas, and other specialty beverages.
• Ensure quality control by properly measuring ingredients and following recipes.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work area.
• Handle cash transactions accurately.
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
• Assist with inventory management.
