As a Server at Alexander Pierce Restaurant, you’ll play a vital role in creating memorable experiences for our guests. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming guests with a friendly demeanor and ensuring they feel at home.
• Taking accurate food and beverage orders while offering menu recommendations.
• Delivering orders promptly and ensuring all items meet our high-quality standards.
• Anticipating guest needs and providing attentive, personalized service.
• Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
• Handling guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns with professionalism.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including resetting tables for the next guests.

We’re seeking a candidate who brings both skill and enthusiasm to the table. To be successful in this role, you should have:

• 5 years of experience as a server in a fast-paced restaurant or similar environment.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service, including menu familiarity and pairing suggestions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A team-oriented attitude with the ability to work collaboratively under pressure.
• Basic or better knowledge of wine and spirits
• Attention to detail and a commitment to providing top-notch service.
• A polished and professional appearance, in line with our restaurant’s standards.
