Assistant Merchant​/Assistant Buyer, Pipeline; Akron, Hybrid

As an Assistant Buyer at Signet Jewelers, you’ll help spot design fresh products and build must have assortments with our Buyers. You’ll join creative meetings, turn ideas into real results, set up new products, and support sales and inventory goals. You’ll keep reports on point, forecast trends, and work with marketing and visual pros to make our displays pop.

• Team up with buyers to check out the latest jewelry trends and pitch fresh ideas for future drops.
• Keep your eyes on what’s trending and curate collections everyone will want.
• Join meetings and help turn wild concepts into actual products.
• Work with your team to smash sales, keep inventory tight, and boost margins.
• Be ready to pivot and tackle whatever new challenges pop up.
• Help predict sales and work with vendors on quality, pricing, and delivery.
• Ensure all reports and product information remain updated and accurate.
• Fact-check ad content, support campaigns, and create eye-catching store displays.
• Share updates, manage projects, and stay connected with stores and partners.

• Bachelor’s in Fashion Merchandising or similar is a plus, though we value unique backgrounds and fresh perspectives.
• At least a year of experience in buying or a related field.
• Clear communication skills, attention to detail, an organized mindset, and comfort working with numbers.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), RMS, and Business Objects.

Hybrid schedule on a rotating monthly basis in Akron, OH. Open to working in spaces requiring metal-free zones and following security guidelines.

Possible travel based on specific brand and merchandise categories.
