Receives, rotates, cuts, wraps, and merchandises fresh and processed meats, including gravies. Assists with merchandising of seafood, prepared foods, cheeses, pre‑packed deli items, spec‑shot cuts, and the rotisserie chicken area.

• Engage with members, offer recommendations, and answer questions about meat, poultry, and seafood.
• Prepare special cuts, grinds, and process meats to company standards.
• Weight, package, wrap, and label cuts to packaging standards.
• Display meats to showcase all current products.
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure cases are fully stocked.
• Rotate products according to expiration dates and dispose of damaged or expired items following guidelines.
• Clean and sanitize all equipment, displays, and work areas, including coolers and freezers.
• Inspect incoming shipments and verify quality before storage.
• Maintain all club policies and procedures and perform other duties as assigned, including cross‑department work.
• Ensure regular, predictable attendance.

• Completion of a training program or apprenticeship required.
• Previous meat‑cutting experience required.
• Knowledge of automatic and hand wrapping machines preferred.
• Minimum age 18 years.

Work primarily on hard surfaces; may involve bending, reaching, stooping, and lifting up to 30 lbs, with occasional heavier loads. Environment includes temperature extremes, loud noise, and exposure to cleaning agents.

Starting from $19.75 per hour (estimate; actual salary varies by location, experience, and qualifications).
