- Assist management in building store business and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Stay aware of fashion trends and product knowledge, including fit, color and style
- Use fashion expertise to create outfits and suggest matching items to customers
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships that support a productive environment
- Communicate store information, brand initiatives, discrepancies and other pertinent data to management
- Achieve sales and service metrics in key areas, including Talbots Classic Awards
- Maximize performance through learning opportunities, coaching, and feedback
- Support operational excellence: inventory management, order filling, recalls, replenishment, re‑tickets, etc.
- Plan and prioritize tasks to meet customer and business needs
- Lead or supervise others on occasion and manage store opening/closing
- Understand customer needs through intentional conversation

Position Type: Regular/Part time
Pay Range: $11.50 - $14.40 USD per hour
