Job Overview

We are currently hiring an Entry‑Level Merchandiser to join our team in Akron, USA. The role involves maintaining and organizing product displays, restocking shelves, and ensuring that the store is visually appealing to customers. This is a contract position with the possibility of permanent employment for the right candidate.

• Ensure that all products are displayed correctly and neatly on shelves according to company standards.
• Restock products as needed throughout the day.
• Create attractive displays that catch the attention of customers.
• Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages or overstocking.
• Keep track of expiration dates and remove expired products from shelves.
• Work closely with store managers to implement promotional displays and sales strategies.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product inquiries or locating items in the store.

• No prior experience required.
• Must have a biometric passport.
• Fluent in English.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Detail‑oriented and able to follow instructions accurately.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
• Must be available to work on weekends and holidays if needed.
• Strong time management skills.
