Merchandiser, Retail

We are a fast-paced retail company looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team in Akron Ohio.

• Work with store managers to create and implement effective merchandising strategies
• Set up and maintain product displays according to company standards
• Regularly check stock levels and reorder products as needed
• Monitor product performance and make recommendations for improvements or changes
• Train store staff on proper product placement and merchandising techniques
• Conduct market research to stay informed about current industry trends and competitor strategies

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in retail merchandising is preferred but not required
• Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Salary: $1000 per month plus bonuses based on performance.
