Merchandiser Akron

As a Merchandiser you will be responsible for planning and executing product displays and promotional events for our companys products in retail stores.

This is a contract role with the potential for extension based on performance.

• Develop and implement creative merchandising strategies to increase sales and brand awareness
• Build strong relationships with store managers and staff to ensure optimal product placement and visibility
• Conduct regular store visits to assess inventory levels check product quality and provide feedback
• Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional materials and plan in-store events
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for future merchandising strategies
• Train store employees on product features benefits and selling techniques

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role preferably in the retail industry
• Excellent communication skills in English verbal written
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Detail-oriented with a creative eye for visual displays
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and stand for extended periods of time
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
• Indian nationality preferred
