The Detail Assistant supports the Category Management team to maximize the development and maintenance of product assortments by coordinating with cross functional teams. Responsible for accuracy of all sku attributes and descriptions. The responsibility of the Detail Assistant is to assist the Category Managers and Brand teams in daily category management office functions.

Responsible for samples, SKU processing and reporting support. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word, Business Objects and internal computer software.

• Assists in the facilitation of the SKU set-up process
• Vendor Communications
• Responsible for vendor samples and vault integrity including live merchandise from DC
• Works on special projects as assigned
• Update category reporting

• Manages and facilitates sample process
• Partners with cross functional teams to prepare product for executive level presentations and meetings
• Key purchase orders for samples

• Consistent communication and follow-through with internal and external business partners (vendors, sample room, DC, AP and QA)
• Supports brand team with omnichannel operations by collaborating with the Ecommerce team to ensure all product is added to the website
