This full-time, on-site position as a Sales Consultant is located in Akron, OH. The Sales Consultant will focus on assisting families and individuals in planning and selecting meaningful service and memorialization options, in both advance and at-need situations. Key responsibilities include establishing and maintaining professional relationships, generating leads through prospecting and networking, and achieving sales goals. The Sales Consultant will also maintain accurate records, prepare contracts, and ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality customer service.

• Proven sales experience with skills in prospecting, developing client relationships, and achieving sales targets
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
• Experience in providing excellent customer service and support to clients during sensitive situations
• Organizational, time management, and data entry skills to manage client information and maintain accurate records
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience
• Ability to work on-site in Akron, OH and maintain flexibility for a variable work schedule including some weekends or evenings
• Familiarity with CRM tools or database systems is a plus
