We are seeking a motivated and dependable Inside Sales professional to join our HVAC team in Akron, OH. The ideal candidate will be organized, resourceful, and eager to learn, with strong communication and customer service skills. This role requires someone who can effectively manage customer inquiries, support the sales process, and contribute to the growth of our business.

• Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order placement.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using computer systems.
• Collaborate with the outside sales team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow up on leads and support sales initiatives to help achieve company goals.
• Continuously learn about HVAC products, industry trends, and sales techniques.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient computer skills, including experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
• Resourceful problem solver who can handle challenges independently.
