Regional Sales Executive

Overview

Redstone Payment Solutions is seeking high-energy, self‑motivated individuals with industry and/or merchant experience to join our growing sales force. No industry or merchant experience but are a recent graduate, former student athlete or a sales professional looking for a change in an exciting, fast‑paced environment where you control your day and your performance is recognized and rewarded, this opportunity is ideal for you.

This position offers unlimited compensation potential, including a competitive salary, monthly commissions and bonuses, quarterly bonuses, an annual bonus, and a residual component.

First-Year OTE is north of $150,000.

• Self‑Starter and goal‑oriented individual with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Demonstrated sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals and achieve targets
• Ability to take coaching and succeed in a fast‑paced and competitive landscape
• Strong work ethic
• Solution Selling with the ability to overcome objections and build trust
• Ability to set a plan and execute daily
• Ability to manage your time and hold yourself accountable for both activities and results
• Focus on being a master of your craft, above and beyond the training and support that will be provided
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship‑building skills
• Strong knowledge of digital payment solutions, credit/debit card processing, and mobile payment technologies preferred
