Hotel Sales Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Akron, Egypt. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for the hotel through effective sales strategies and client relationship management.

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify potential clients and maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure optimal guest satisfaction.
• Prepare and present sales reports to management.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales, preferably in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of market trends and competition within the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing market conditions.

Salary $1500 per month, negotiable based on experience. Accommodation provided.

Working hours:

Full-time, flexible schedule including weekends as needed.
