Job Description Summary
Outside Sales Representative (Commercial Power) – The primary function of the OSR is to generate profitable sales from the rental of the Pump & Power division’s fleet of equipment, specifically large generators, air compressors, temperature control, and desiccant dehumidifiers.
This position targets the commercial market segment, serving customers who consistently use equipment for short‑ or long‑term projects such as sand blasting, industrial coating, painting, power plants, surface preparation, manufacturing plants, large venues, special events, facility maintenance, tent rentals, remediation, general contracting, HVAC, electrical, construction drying, generator services, hospitals, telecommunications, new home construction, schools, correctional facilities, and college campuses.
Required Qualifications- B2B direct sales AND/OR project management experience within the equipment industry (required)
- Power generation and testing equipment background highly desirable
- Strong project management, new business development and customer retention skills (must)
- Ability to give presentations and business reviews to management
The position requires bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 25 pounds or more, and working indoors or outdoors as required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to comply with applicable laws.
Compensation and BenefitsBase Pay Range: $40,000.00 - $62,965.00. Total compensation includes base pay, a company vehicle, and a robust commission plan. Pay may vary based on location, education, training, and experience.
