About the Role - Come Join the American Fidelity Family!

We are looking for candidates with 2+ years of B2B or consultative sales experience with new business development experience in enterprise, Insurance and financial services sales.

Our salaried, career Sales Account Managers are responsible for selling worksite insurance products and services in a defined sales territory with an existing customer base. You will build strong, long-term relationships with our K-12 school accounts and develop specific, needs-based recommendations for their employees, highlighting the benefits of American Fidelity’s insurance products.

Requirements
  • Two years’ sales experience with a demonstrated pattern of success with career growth, sales successes and sales awards
  • Customer Service Skills
  • Ability to pass financial, criminal, and motor vehicle background checks

Responsibilities
  • Focus on growing and maintaining existing K-12 School accounts by one-on-one sales of worksite insurance products and services to the community.
  • Consult with current customers to provide value and meet financial needs.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and association executives.
  • Develop customized needs-based employee benefit packages through annual benefit enrollments and group presentations.
