Position Overview
Product Advisor II in PNC's Small Business Banking organization. Based in Cleveland, OH;
Columbus, OH;
Akron, OH or Chicago, IL. In‑office company that fosters a supportive culture and work/life balance.
- Represent one or more products within the sales process to close new business opportunities.
- Define solution options based on product knowledge and business requirements.
- Lead internal or external discussions regarding the application of products to help close deals.
- Interact directly with clients during the sales process and represent PNC at bank‑sponsored industry events as needed.
- Assess client business situation and related requirements through data gathering, including interviews and research.
- Provide the customer perspective in the design, development, and management of new or existing product enhancements.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of marketplace, competitors, and industry trends to identify new opportunities.
- Develop and maintain product marketing and proposal material, and provide educational sessions to Sales in conjunction with Product Management.
- Exhibit qualities such as Customer Focused and Managing Risk, assessing and managing risks associated with business objectives and activities in alignment with PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.

Base Salary: $65,000.00 – $ (may vary by location, market data, skills, experience, and education). Role is incentive eligible based on company, business, and/or individual performance.
