What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Lead and manage the sales process within the U.S. to achieve revenue and margin targets in the Commercial & Industrial Bus Duct market
  • Cultivate and expand relationships with key Industrial, EPC, and Commercial energy customers
  • Support technical solution development and proposal strategies in collaboration with internal engineering teams
  • Drive sales pipeline development by prospecting and qualifying new opportunities
  • Develop and deliver compelling customer‑facing presentations that articulate the value proposition
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred, with equivalent outside sales experience accepted
  • Minimum of 5+ years of technical/commercial outside sales experience in the electrical infrastructure industry
  • Proven experience working with Industrial power generation and management, pump manufacturers, EPCs, and/or renewable energy developers
  • Strong consultative sales acumen and ability to lead long sales cycles with multiple partners
  • Proficient in Salesforce CRM or similar sales tools and systems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience leading and aligning rep agency performance and partnerships
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills – verbal, written, and presentation
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities
  • Willingness to travel and engage with diverse customer bases
