Pay: $80,000.00 - $ per year

Schedule:

• 7 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Full Time – 40 hours

Monday-Friday 12pm - 7pm

Saturday as needed, due to weather.

We are currently seeking Direct Marketing Associates in the Akron, OH markets.

Successful candidates can start earning at $20/hour with a potential bonus starting on average at $1,000 biweekly commission, plus $1,000 per 4-week period (uncapped Bonus plan!)

We’re looking for enthusiastic Canvassing Reps/Direct Marketing Associates to be the face of our brand in local communities.

You’ll engage with homeowners, spark interest in our industry-leading products, and generate qualified leads through door-to-door outreach.

What You’ll Do

• Knock on doors and connect with homeowners to introduce Renewal by Andersen’s window and door solutions
• Work independently in assigned neighborhoods using company tools to track leads and territory data
• Represent our brand with professionalism, positivity, and product knowledge
• Share ideas to improve canvassing strategies and customer engagement
• Attend team meetings and stay up to date on promotions and best practices
• Must be comfortable traveling to the office in Middleburg Heights for trainings and some meetings

What You Bring

• High school diploma or 2+ years of relevant experience
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, persuasive personality

• Comfort using tablets and navigating digital platforms
• Physical ability to walk 3–5 miles per day
