Home Inspection Sales Representative - No Experience Necessary (Base + Bonuses)

Are you hardworking, outgoing, and ready to earn based on your performance? We are looking for full‑time Door‑to‑Door Home Inspection Representatives to join our team!

In this role, you’ll go door to door in local neighborhoods, hanging flyers and speaking with homeowners about issues in their basements such as moisture, dampness, mold, musty odors, or water damage. Your main goal is to offer free inspections and schedule appointments for our specialist team to visit at a later date.

Our company has been in business since 1978, and we specialize in fixing basements and helping homeowners keep their homes dry, safe, and healthy.

• Full‑time, Monday–Friday (40 hours per week)

Compensation:

• Pay: $20–$30 per hour depending on performance plus bonuses
• Paid training: $17 per hour

Typical

Hours:

• Monday‑Thursday 9AM-6PM
• Friday 8AM-3PM

• Go door to door in assigned neighborhoods
• Hang flyers and introduce our basement repair and waterproofing services
• Talk with homeowners about problems like damp basements, mold, musty smells, or water leaks
• Offer free, no‑obligation inspections
• Collect homeowner information and schedule appointments for a later date
• Answer basic questions and explain the benefits of fixing basement and moisture issues
• Represent the company in a professional, friendly way at all times

• No experience required – we provide training
• Strong work ethic and reliability in a full‑time schedule
• Comfortable talking to people face to face and knocking on doors
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to walk neighborhoods and be on your feet for extended periods
• Good communication skills and basic comfort using a phone or tablet to record leads
