Hotel Sales Manager

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Akron, Ohio. As a key member of our sales department you will be responsible for promoting and selling our hotel’s services and amenities to potential clients and business partners.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy rates
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with current clients
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends
• Create proposals, negotiate contracts and close deals with clients
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operations
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or related industry
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Strong understanding of market trends and customer preferences
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Willingness to travel for client meetings or industry events

This is a contract position with a salary of $1200 per month. Accommodation can be provided for foreign candidates. English proficiency is not required but preferred.
