Salesman

As a Sales Representative you will be responsible for promoting and selling our company’s products and services in the city of Akron. Your main goal will be to attract new customers and maintain relationships with existing ones. This position is open to both Canadian and Nepali nationals with a preference for English‑speaking candidates.

• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and their needs.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue.
• Build strong relationships with clients through regular communication and excellent customer service.
• Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth sales process.
• Participate in trade shows, conferences and other events to promote our products.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

• Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
