Sales Representative - Facility Services

Overview

Cintas is a Fortune 500 company in the facility services industry, seeking a goal-oriented Sales Representative to join its growing Outside Sales team.

• Prospect, develop, and qualify leads within assigned territory.
• Use our CRM to identify, prospect, close new business, and consistently achieve weekly sales goals and quotas.
• Represent Cintas solutions through cold calling, in-person sales, product demonstrations, negotiations, objection handling, and closing.
• Support customers as they get Ready for the Workday.

Required:

• High School diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and contact management systems.

Preferred:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Prior sales experience (1+ year) in a similar role.
• Prior B2B sales experience.
