Sales Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Manager to join our growing team in Akron. A Sales Manager will lead our sales team and drive sales growth in the Malayalee community, develop and implement sales strategies, manage key accounts, and build strong relationships with clients.

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and drive revenue growth.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand our presence in the Malayalee market.
• Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients.
• Manage key accounts and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitors’ activities, and customer needs to stay ahead of the competition.
• Train and mentor team members to improve their performance.
• Prepare sales reports and present them to senior management.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the Malayalee market.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Malayalee culture, language and customs is preferred but not required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
