Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Automotive Sales Call Center Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective customers, engaging with them via phone to promote our automotive inventory and services. Your enthusiasm and communication skills will drive customer interest, build relationships, and support our dealership’s sales objectives through outbound calls and customer engagement.

Duties

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce vehicle options, financing solutions, and dealership services
• Qualify leads by assessing customer needs and matching them with suitable vehicles or offers
• Build strong relationships with potential customers through effective communication and personalized service
• Upsell additional products such as extended warranties, service packages, or financing options to maximize sales opportunities
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline within Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to track interactions and follow-ups
• Collaborate with the sales team to support inventory management and ensure seamless deal closing processes
• Follow up with previous inquiries to nurture leads and achieve sales targets consistently

Skills

• Proven experience in automotive industry sales or retail sales environments, including outbound calling and B2B sales
• Strong negotiation skills with a focus on closing deals effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction
• Excellent communication skills in multiple languages (bilingual/multilingual capabilities are a plus)
• Demonstrated ability to build lasting customer relationships and manage a robust sales pipeline
• Knowledge of automotive financing options, inventory control, and dealership operations is preferred
• Skilled in using CRM software for customer management, lead tracking, and sales support
• Exceptional phone etiquette, active listening skills, and professional demeanor during client interactions
• Ability to meet or exceed sales targets through strategic upselling and deal closing techniques
• Organizational skills to manage multiple leads efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in retail math calculations

Expected Total Compensation $40,000-$55,000, with Top Performer earning $60,000
