Insurance Agent

Health Markets is seeking an Insurance Agent to help individuals, families, and small businesses compare and enroll in health, Medicare, life, and supplemental insurance plans. In this sales-focused, client-facing role, you'll use our national insurance marketplace and tools to conduct needs-based consultations, educate clients on plan options and costs, and guide them through compliant enrollment. You'll build and manage a book of business, support renewals, and drive growth in a mission-driven, service-oriented environment that values integrity, customer advocacy, teamwork, and performance.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and build a pipeline of individuals, families, and small businesses seeking insurance coverage.
• Conduct needs-based consultations to assess client health, Medicare, life, and supplemental insurance requirements.
• Explain plan options, benefits, costs, and enrollment timelines in clear, compliant language.
• Recommend and enroll clients in suitable insurance plans using Health
• Markets' marketplace tools.
• Maintain ongoing relationships to support renewals, coverage changes, and referrals.
• Meet or exceed sales, retention, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Ensure compliance with state insurance regulations and company policies.
• Accurately document interactions and applications in CRM and related systems.
