Security Guard - Unarmed Patrol

Allied Universal -  -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and customers at a financial services location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of lobbies, offices, ATM areas, parking areas, and the perimeter, noting unusual activity, unsecured doors, and/or potential hazards and reporting them per post orders.;
Monitor alarm panels, cameras, and access points as assigned; assist with visitor check-in, identification verification, and/or key and badge control according to site guidelines.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation and contacting site leadership and/or public emergency services as required.;
Complete detailed reports of patrols, incidents, and service requests, and communicate relevant information during shift handoff to support consistent security-related coverage.
