High Rise Building Security Officer

Wage
: $17.00/ hour

Schedule to include weekend hours, 3rd shift

• Driver certification required
• Mixed-use facility that includes commercial/residential tenants ranging from restaurant to command center
• Extended foot patrols required
• Must have strong customer service skills
• Ability to complete patrols
• Strong technology skills (cell phone/computer)
• Prior security experience preferred

• Security Officers/Security Guards observe and report activities and incidents at an assigned client site, providing for the security and safety of client property and personnel.
• Frequent sitting, standing and walking, which may be required for long periods of time, and may involve climbing stairs and walking up inclines and on uneven terrain.
• Additional physical requirements may include frequent lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds

• Must have excellent Customer Service skills
• Security positions require you pass our drug screen and background check
• Must be able to meet and continue to meet any applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers/Guard
• No experience necessary! If you have retail, food service or hospitality industry background you are a great fit for this role; if not, we will provide you with the training and everything you need for a great introduction to a career in the security industry.

• The Security Officer position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.
• Frequently our Security Officers will provide customer service and information to a client’s employees and customers.
