Seeking a skilled and dependable tradesperson to perform high-quality roofing work, follow safety protocols, and support project efficiency. Must have strong technical skills, knowledge of multiple roofing systems, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

• Precisely and efficiently execute tasks assigned by the Foreman or Assistant Foreman
• Maintain high-quality workmanship in all roofing installations and repairs
• Work independently to complete tasks as they arise without requiring constant supervision
• Possess and properly use the necessary tools for the job
• Demonstrate advanced skills and proper techniques in handling roofing tools and materials
• Develop proficiency in the various commercial roofing systems installed by Diamond Roofing Systems
• Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a secure work environment
• Utilize basic carpentry skills to support roofing installations and repairs

• Ability to perform tasks independently while maintaining high standards of workmanship
• Commitment to delivering precise, high-quality work on every project
• Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with crew members
• Willingness to learn and apply basic metalworking and plumbing skills as needed

• High school diploma or GED certificate (preferred)
• Prior roofing experience
• Familiarity with various hand tools, including shingle cutters and hatchets
• Physical stamina to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Comfortable working at significant heights in various weather conditions

• Safely climb and maneuver ladders to access roofing structures
• Accurately measure, cut, and install new commercial roofing systems efficiently
• Work with a variety of roofing materials, including tar, asphalt, gravel, metal, insulation, EPDM, and TPO
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support job site efficiency and completion

• Ability to climb ladders and lift heavy materials (50-100 lbs)
• Capable of standing, kneeling, and moving comfortably on sloped and flat roofs for extended periods
• Must endure working in extreme conditions, including high heat, cold, and strong winds
• Strong balance and ability to work safely at elevated heights
• Requires repetitive motions, pushing/pulling materials, and physical endurance throughout the workday
