Seeking a skilled and detail-orientated roofing professional to perform service repairs, ensure job site safety, and maintain high-quality workmanship. Must have strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to work independently or lead a crew.

• Complete service and repair tasks as assigned by the Service Manager
• Lead by example and serve as a company representative on job sites
• Perform high-quality workmanship in all roofing service and repair projects
• Work independently and efficiently to complete assigned tasks
• Maintain proper tools and demonstrate advanced skills in their use
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and enforce job site safety
• Perform basic carpentry and metalworking tasks as needed
• Develop expertise in all roofing systems installed by Diamond Roofing Systems
• Effectively communicate with customers, architects, and general contractors
• Supervise and coordinate crew activities to maintain efficiency and productivity
• Identify and report job site deficiencies and implement necessary solutions
• Complete administrative tasks, such as service reports, on time

• Climb ladders safely and work at elevated heights
• Accurately measure, cut, and install roofing materials according to project specifications
• Remove old roofing materials and efficiently install new commercial roofing systems
• Work with various roofing materials, including tar, asphalt, gravel, metal, insulation, EPDM, and TPO
• Perform additional job-related tasks as needed to support project completion

• Ability to climb ladders and lift materials weighing 50-100 lbs
• Capability to stand, kneel, and move comfortably on sloped and flat roofs
• Stamina to work in extreme weather conditions, including heat, cold, and strong winds
• Comfort working in environments that may be dusty, wet, or physically demanding
• Strong balance and ability to work safely at heights
• Repetitive motion, pushing/pulling materials, and extended periods of kneeling required
