Lead HVAC Service Technician | Kent, Ohio | $34-$38 per hour

Throughout this tenure, we have supported both residential and commercial clients in their HVAC service and maintenance needs. Whatwill your responsibilities be?
Whether you have honed your skill in the residential market, the commercial market, or both, your daily responsibilities will look very similar on our team:
- Competently diagnose and repair HVAC systems independently
- Offer clear and concise communication to clients explaining what the options are
- Maintain a professional, respectful, and clean experience for clients
- Complete accurate documentation in company software before leaving the job
- Identify maintenance agreements, indoor air quality, and replacement opportunities
- Keep your truck clean, organized and stocked

In general, Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with occasional overtime
What are we looking for?Required:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in either the residential or commercial HVAC service experience
- Ability to work independently and stay well organized
- EPA Universal Certification
- Valid driver's license and company insurable record
- Experience making repair and replacement decisions
- Strong understanding of schematic diagrams and electrical systems
- Capable of lifting and carrying 50lbs
- Advanced customer service skills
Preferred:
- Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques
- Willingness to attend trainings and seminars
- Completion of trade school or other industry certificates
- Operate scissor lift in a safe manner
- Experienced in a wide range of equipment and trouble shooting techniques
- Willingness to mentor younger techs
Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
