Entry-Level Facade Technician: Training

We are seeking an Entry-Level Facade Technician to join our team in Akron, Canada.

• Assist with the installation of building facades including cladding, glazing, and curtain walls.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building facades.
• Work with a team to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to high quality standards.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients.

• Must be a Canadian citizen or have a valid work permit for Canada.
• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• No previous experience required; training will be provided on the job.
• Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced technicians.
• Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
• Comfortable working in a physically demanding role.
