Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Concrete Worker to join our team in Akron. In this role you will be responsible for pouring, smoothing, and finishing concrete surfaces in various construction projects. Responsibilities- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and compacting.
- Pour concrete into designated areas.
- Smooth surfaces using hand or power tools.
- Apply finishing techniques such as stamping or coloring.
- Monitor the curing process and make adjustments as needed.
- Follow safety guidelines at all times.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with concrete.
- Knowledge of different techniques and tools used in the trade.
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials.
- Attention to detail and strong work ethic.
- Experience with decorative concrete work.
