This is a contract position with potential for full-time employment based on performance.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Solar Installer to join our team. As a Solar Installer you will be responsible for installing solar panels and related equipment on residential and commercial properties.

• Install solar panels, inverters and mounting systems according to design specifications.
• Perform electrical wiring and connections for solar systems.
• Conduct site evaluations to determine optimal panel placement and ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during installation.
• Maintain accurate records of installation details for each project.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.

• High school diploma or equivalent technical degree or certification in solar installation preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in solar panel installation.
• Proficient in electrical wiring and understanding of electrical codes.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow design plans accurately.
• Physically fit with the ability to work at heights and lift heavy equipment as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
