Service Foreman

Job Description
Service typically works together in teams of two under the direction of Service Management staff following the processes set forth.

They drive/ride to various customer locations in Akron and the surrounding areas using company vehicles.

Each day may be different than the next, and there is a variety of work completed in this field. Our service teams may be performing preventative

maintenance, troubleshooting water intrusion issues or repairing defects on a variety of commercial or industrial roofs.

Requirements

• 4+ years of commercial roofing experience

• Full knowledge of all manufacturers, roofing systems and installations procedures

• Valid driver's license

• Reliable, personal transportation to and from the shop

• No fear of climbing ladders or heights at a minimum of 25 ft.

• Ability to consistently lift/move/carry up to 50 pounds

• Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced work environment

• Ability to run the field operating system

• Comfortable working in extreme weather conditions

• Willingness to follow direction set forth by management in all aspects of the job

• Open to suggestions for improvement, where needed

• Demonstrates leadership qualities

• Strong time management skills

• Ability to coach and train helper staff

• Strong problem solving skills

• Safety Oriented

• Knowledge of OSHA regulations

• Comfortable using technology, including a smartphone/tablet for various applications

• Available and willing to work weekends as needed

• A dependable team player with a good attitude is a must!

Pay: $26.00 - $35.00 per hour
