Acme Fence is seeking an experienced Fence Installer who is ready to grow into a hands-on Foreman in Akron, OH with a company that has been building quality fences and developing great people since 1939.

• Competitive Pay: Earn up to $80,000 in this role, paid hourly and based on experience and overtime worked. Hourly rate is $30-$35/hr

• Lead, direct and train installers at jobsite
• Interact with customers if needed and communicate with operations manager
• Responsible for quality and timeliness of installation
• Load and unload supplies on trucks in preparation for workday
• Follow directions from crew leaders while developing skill sets
• Install various types of fences, including wood, aluminum vinyl, and chain-link
• Measure and mark fence lines to ensure accurate installation
• Dig post holes and set posts securely in the ground
• Mix and pour concrete
• Attach fence panels or pickets to posts using appropriate hardware
• Cut and shape materials as needed to fit specific dimensions
• Repair or replace damaged sections of existing fences
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively
