Salary Range: $18.00 To $23.00 Hourly

Do you thrive in fast-paced environments and want to make a real difference in people’s lives? Service Master CDR — a top-5 national franchise in disaster restoration — is looking for an Emergency Response Technician to join our elite team!
What You’ll Do:- Be first on site after fires, floods, and other emergencies
- Perform emergency board-up and tarp-over services
- Communicate with home and business owners in crisis
- Assist in property cleanup, debris removal, and content pack-outs
- Work with tools, ladders, and smart devices
- Drive to multiple job sites — up to 75 miles/day
- Be part of a 24/7 on-call rotation
- 1+ year of construction/restoration experience (water, fire, or mold) carpentry or framing experience a plus
- Basic hand tool knowledge
- High school diploma or GED
