Overview
Property Maintenance Technician wanted in Akron, OH.
Responsibilities- Routine maintenance functions; electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, painting
- Completing work orders
- Refurbishing turnovers
- Assist custodian with cleaning common spaces when neccesary
- Grounds maintenance, snow removal
- 24/7 Emergency On-Call rotation required
- Must live within
* 30 minutes
* of site - Physically able to lift (50 lbs), bend climb and reach
- Valid State Drivers License and access to a vehicle
- Must live within 30 minutes of site
- Physically able to lift 50 lbs, bend, climb and reach
- Valid State Drivers License and access to a vehicle
Pay depending on experience.
