RDR is seeking Skilled Laborers.
Job SummaryLaborers will report directly to their RDR supervisor.
Responsibilities- Able to work outside in varying weather conditions.
- Able to lift up to 75 lbs., stand for long periods of time, walk, squat, crouch.
- Able to work up to and at times greater than 10 hour days.
- Form, pour, and finish concrete driveways and/or sidewalks.
- Surface patching of asphalt.
- Yard restoration, seeding, and mulching.
- Comfortable working 40-50 hours per week on average (weather permitting).
- Maintain all required Operator Qualifications.
- Basic operation of mini excavator, skid steer, dump truck, and hand tools.
- Properly load and haul equipment and materials.
- Mentor and teach fellow employees.
Experience on yard restoration.
Experience forming, pouring and finishing concrete.
