• 1–3 years of residential HVAC installation experience preferred.
• EPA certification (Type II or Universal) required or willingness to obtain.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail.
• Positive, reliable, and motivated to grow.
• Team‑oriented mindset with pride in quality work.
