HVAC Installer

About the Role

As an HVAC Installer, you will deliver quality comfort solutions to homeowners throughout Northeast Ohio. You will install residential heating, cooling, and indoor air quality systems while ensuring every job is completed safely, professionally, and to Shanklin standards.

• Install residential HVAC systems according to manufacturer specifications and company standards.
• Remove and replace furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and related equipment.
• Ensure installations are completed safely, efficiently, and with attention to detail.
• Maintain a clean and professional job site.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members.
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
• Represent Shanklin's values and reputation on every job.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.

• 1–3+ years of HVAC installation experience preferred.
• EPA Certification preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Commitment to quality workmanship and continuous improvement.

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
