Equipment Operator

Our construction company is seeking a skilled and experienced Equipment Operator to join our team in Akron, Ohio.

This is a full‑time position with a salary of $900 per week.

• Operate heavy equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
• Follow project plans and blueprints to complete tasks accurately.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning.
• Communicate with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks.
• Monitor equipment performance and report any issues or malfunctions.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Minimum of 2 years experience operating heavy equipment in the construction industry.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations for operating heavy equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds.
