  Full-Time; must be willing to work after hours and weekends

• Diagnose and repair hydraulic hose systems on-site for industrial and mobile equipment
• Fabricate and install hydraulic hoses and fittings in the field
• Lead and train technicians as needed
• Maintain service vehicle inventory and equipment
• Complete work orders and documentation accurately and on time
• Provide excellent customer service during all service calls
• Participate in on-call rotations and respond to emergency service calls after hours and on weekends
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

• Minimum 3-5 years of mechanical experience (automotive, heavy equipment, industrial repair or related industries)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hydraulic systems
• Experience with industrial equipment and outdoor work is a plus
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated and dependable
