We're looking for hardworking people who enjoy physical work, solving problems, and seeing the results of their efforts at the end of every shift.

At Kitchen Guard, we clean commercial kitchen exhaust systems that help protect restaurants from grease buildup and fire hazards. Most of our work takes place overnight while restaurants are closed, which means you'll often work independently or with a small crew without managers looking over your shoulder.

• Pressure wash commercial kitchen exhaust systems
• Remove grease from hoods, ducts, filters, and rooftop exhaust fans
• Set up and tear down equipment at each job site
• Climb ladders and access rooftops safely
• Work efficiently to complete jobs on schedule
• Follow safety procedures and company standards
• Maintain equipment and report any issues
• Work independently with limited supervision

• Self-motivated and dependable
• Works well without constant supervision
• Moves with purpose and urgency
• Comfortable making decisions and solving problems
• Takes pride in doing tough work well
• Shows up on time and ready to work
• Doesn't mind getting dirty

This is a physically demanding position.

• Work overnight shifts
• Climb ladders and access commercial rooftops
• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds repeatedly
• Push, pull, bend, squat, kneel, and reach throughout the shift
• Stand and move for 8-10+ hours
• Work in hot, greasy, and sometimes uncomfortable environments
• Handle pressure washing equipment and hoses
