Instrument Technician

As an Instrument Technician you will be responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing various types of instruments and equipment used in manufacturing and production processes. Your main goal will be to ensure that all instruments are functioning properly and accurately to support efficient operations.

• Install, calibrate, troubleshoot and repair instruments such as pressure gauges, flow meters, temperature sensors, level indicators and control valves.
• Conduct routine maintenance on instruments to prevent breakdowns and ensure accuracy.
• Diagnose issues with malfunctioning instruments using specialized tools and techniques.
• Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to identify solutions for complex instrument problems.
• Keep accurate records of instrument maintenance and repair activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations while performing instrument maintenance or repairs.
• Train new employees on proper use of instruments and equipment.

• High school diploma or equivalent technical degree or certification in instrumentation preferred.
• Proven experience as an Instrument Technician in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong knowledge of various types of instruments used in industrial processes.
• Ability to read technical diagrams, blueprints, schematics and manuals.
• Experience with troubleshooting techniques and use of specialized tools for diagnosing instrument issues.
• Proficient computer skills including knowledge of MS Office software.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.

Salary: $1200 per month
