Elevator Installer

We are seeking a skilled Elevator Installer to join our team in Akron.

• Install, repair, and maintain elevators according to safety standards and manufacturer guidelines.
• Read and interpret technical diagrams, blueprints, and schematics.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues with elevators.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as lubrication, adjustment, and replacement of parts.
• Ensure that all equipment is functioning properly before handing it over to the client.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding project progress and potential concerns or delays.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while on job sites.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy equipment and work at heights.
• Mechanical aptitude with experience in a relevant field such as construction or maintenance preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems is an asset.
• Ability to read technical diagrams and schematics is required.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

• A valid biometric passport is required.

Starting salary of $1,600 per month. Additional benefits may be offered based on experience and performance.

This position is located in Akron but may require travel to various job sites within the area.
