Welder

We are hiring a skilled Welder to join our team in Akron.

• Read and interpret blueprints to determine welding requirements.
• Measure and cut materials accurately.
• Use various welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and stick welding to join metals.
• Operate welding equipment safely and maintain it regularly.
• Inspect completed welds for quality standards.
• Follow safety protocols at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Welder or similar role.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Proficiency in using various welding techniques.
• Knowledge of safety protocols for welding operations.
• Physical stamina and strength to perform tasks in varying conditions.
• Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work.

Experience in welding is preferred but not required; training will be provided for all candidates.

Salary: $1700/month negotiable based on experience.
